How to Use This Zones of Regulation Tool
Choose Your Zone:
- Click on one of the four colored buttons to explore strategies tailored to how you’re feeling:
- Blue Zone: Low energy, sad, or tired.
- Green Zone: Calm, focused, and ready to learn.
- Yellow Zone: Frustrated, anxious, or excited.
- Red Zone: Angry, overwhelmed, or out of control.
Explore Strategies:
